Commercial Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand performance across our divisions. The role works closely with Commercial, Finance, Buying and Operations to ensure marketing investments align with business priorities while also overseeing corporate public relations and CSR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with each division’s business objectives.
• Prepare, manage and optimise the marketing budget.
• Design and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Create and run digital and traditional campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and growth.
• Manage the company’s social media channels, website and e‑commerce platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, engagement, conversions and survey feedback.
• Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
• Lead, develop and train the marketing team to achieve high‑level performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts for positive coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, retail, FMCG or commercial marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
