Retail Manager – Food Fair Grand Anse

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the Food Fair Grand Anse outlet in St. George's, Grenada. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring profitability, and maintaining a high‑standard shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and monitor strategies to maximise sales, profitability and ROI.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels while avoiding over‑stocking or stock‑outs.
• Staff the department with trained, reliable personnel and oversee performance reviews.
• Ensure custody, security and accurate accounting of inventory and cash.
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Grand Anse Shopping Centre facilities.

Required profile

• A diploma or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory sales experience in supermarket or retail operations.
• Valid driver’s licence.
