Assistant Manager – Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Agency’s sales operations. You will help drive sales performance, manage inventory, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating sales personnel to meet sales and profit targets.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, avoiding over‑stock or under‑stock situations.
• Ensure technicians perform duties effectively and the department is properly staffed.
• Review performance, recommend promotions, salary adjustments and development plans annually.
• Safeguard inventory and cash collected within the department.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and aesthetically appealing work environment.
• Oversee sales activities for Diversity chemicals.

Required profile

• A diploma or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of sales experience at a supervisory level.
• Valid driver’s license.
